Welcome to Waiheke Waterfront Lodge. Before embarking on your serene getaway, take a moment to familiarise yourself with our Terms & Conditions to ensure a smooth and delightful experience.

The Lodge

Suites include a luxurious Super King bed for couples. Subject to availability, one suite can be set up with a second bed (King Single) to accommodate either a second adult or a child over 12 years of age. An additional charge applies for more than two people, please inquire should you require this option.

We are a completely smoke free lodge.

Check in is 2 pm and checkout is 11 am. We can be flexible subject to availability of rooms. Please inquire and we will certainly make every effort to enable this option. Should your room not be available earlier than 2 pm, you are welcome to drop your luggage off and go exploring.


Payment Policy

  • A deposit of one night’s accommodation is normally required for each separate room to secure a reservation.
  • This amount may be charged on receipt of your booking.
  • The balance is payable in line with our cancellation deadlines or on arrival and will be charged to the same credit card provided unless an alternative means of payment is advised by you.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations prior to 14 days of arrival will incur no charge, except from 17th December to the 16th January – see below.
  • Cancellations received within 14 days of the date of arrival will incur the first night’s accommodation charge.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of the date of arrival, or a no-show on arrival date, incur a 100% charge of the total booking fee.
  • From the 17th December to the 16th January, 21 days’ notice is required for no charges to be incurred.  Within 21 days, 100% charge of the total booking fee will be incurred.
  • Our cancellation policy requires that any cancellations, if the deposit is made via credit card, will incur a 5% credit card processing fee.
  • Charges and fees will be made to the credit card number obtained with your booking confirmation.

We recommend that travel insurance be taken out in case of unforeseen circumstances.
